Hey, I’m Emily
I’m passionate about fitness! I’ve got 15+ years of dance experience, including over five years on a competitive traveling dance team, plus plenty of yoga, barre, Pilates, and weight training along the way (and a healthy dose of inspiration from Tracy Anderson).
I believe our bodies are our temples, so we must treat them that way. And I believe women are so much more powerful than they realize. Helping them step into that? That’s what I’m here for!
As a certified Zumba instructor, I’ve found yet another passion. Zumba gets you stronger, healthier, moving, and more in tune with your body. But the boost in confidence? There isn’t much else like it! I have completely fallen in love, and I can’t wait for you to do the same. Come dance with me!
